In the event that your product/items have become damaged or defective based off a manufacturers error - your item(s) may be eligible for an exchange for those same item(s) ordered. Please contact us within 3 days of your delivery date to guarantee eligibility of exchange. All requests for exchange made after the 3 day period are subject to availability and documented evidence of manufacture defect and not user error.
